- Before the examination center should ensure the recording is working properly and can be retrieved if required.

- Data safety is very important so data should be save in proper manner so that can easily reterive by the authorize person. The shuld be retain till after 2 month result declaration of 10th and 12th. After that time you can disposed the data.
- Data should be placed in secure places and it should be access by only authorized person not all.
Assign one authorized person to every 10 exam rooms or 240 students. The designated person will have access to retrieve and access CCTV footage in case unfair means are observed during the examination.
The examination center will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and ensuring proper functioning of the CCTV camera during the exam. CCTV Camera coverage service should not be interrupted in the complete examination process.

- One should fix and adjust camera fixing.
- The camera should use a wide range lens.
- The switch and router that is used for processing the camera have sufficient bandwidth to handle data from the camera properly.
