For a fixed-term period of five years, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna category Central Public Sector Enterprise and India’s top professional electronics company, is looking for experienced professionals for 22 positions as deputy engineers at its Pune Unit/Nagpur Location. BEL is part of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

MODE OF SELECTION :
- For Deputy Engineer (E-II) positions, only candidates who pass the written exam in a 1:5 ratio will be interviewed after selection.
- The written exam will comprise objective questions covering both technical and general aptitude, totaling 85 marks.
- In the written exam, all candidates must receive thirty percent (SC/ST/PwBD) and thirty-five percent (GEN/OBC/EWS) as qualifying scores.
- The weighting of the assessment will be 15% for the interview and 85% for the written test.
- Eligible candidates will receive call letters at their email addresses inviting them to attend the written exam. If an email sent to the candidate bounces, BEL will not be held accountable.
- Details regarding the written test’s date, time, and location will be sent out via email as soon as possible.
- Shortlisted candidates will only receive an email in the Interview CallLetter informing them of the Personal Interview.
- The shortest route between the correspondence address and the interview location will be used to reimburse the AC Chair Car or III Tier AC class train fare for all outstation candidates who are shortlisted for the interview and can provide valid train tickets. Attending the written exam will not result in any reimbursement of travel expenses.
