Education Qualification

Applicants need a Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a five-year integrated Master’s degree, or a Dual Degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Chemical, or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized Indian institution.

Age : For graduate candidate 27 year and post graduate candidate 29 year.

SALARY:

Candidates who are selected to join BHEL as Engineer Trainees will participate in a one-year training program. Throughout this training period, they will receive a basic salary of Rs 50,000/- within a pay scale of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-. Upon training completion, trainees join as Engineers, with a salary of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- and a basic pay of Rs 60,000/-.

Employees will receive Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, various perks, and other allowances and benefits. These benefits include leave, medical facilities for family members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, uniform, and either company accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA), according to company rules. The estimated Cost to Company (CTC) for Engineer Trainees is approximately Rs 12.0 Lakhs per annum.

Education Qualification :

• A recognized Indian University or Institute requires a full-time regular Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics fields.
• Candidates must achieve a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA overall, with a 60% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

AGE: 27 Years (Candidates born before 01/02/1998 are not eligible to apply)

SALARY:

Candidates who are selected to join BHEL as Supervisor Trainees will participate in a one-year training program. Throughout this training period, they will receive a basic salary of Rs 32,000/- within a pay scale of Rs 32,000-1,00,000/-. After training, trainees become Supervisors with a pay scale of Rs 33,500-1,20,000/- and a basic salary of Rs 33,500/-.

Candidates will receive Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, various perks, and other allowances and benefits. These benefits include leave, medical facilities for family members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, uniform, and either company accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA).
