The Indian Army is seeking applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for Recruitment Trials aimed at exceptional sportspersons who have competed in International, Junior, or Senior National Championships, Khelo India Games, Youth Games, or Khelo India University Games from October 1, 2022, or later. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join the Indian Army as Direct Entry Havildar and Naib Subedar.
Age Limit: From 17 ½ to 25 years and must have not crossed 25 yrs on the last day of enrolment.

Candidates belonging to following regions will be given 4 cms height relaxation. North East Region (Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Assam), Gorkhas, Garhwalis, Ladakhis, Tribals of recognized tribal areas.
