A regular employment notice for the position of General Manager (HR) has been released by Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES). For applicants from Public Sector Insurance Companies, State PSUs, PSBs, Autonomous Organizations, and Other Statutory Bodies, among others. Those who do not adhere to the IDA/CDA Pay Scale should have a minimum of two years of experience working at a level 13 of the 7th CPC pay matrix, which is equivalent to the IDA pay scale of Rs. 90,000–2,40,000. In these situations, equivalency will be determined by comparing the relevant IDA/CDA Pay Scale with the maximum basic pay in the pay scale where the incumbent received their salary.
