Application Fee

• Candidates need to pay an application processing fee of ₹100/- through an Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft in favor of the Principal Financial Adviser, Rail Wheel Factory.
• SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 15 years (as of 01.03.2025)
• Maximum Age: 24 years (as of 01.03.2025)

Pay Scale / Stipend

• Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Turner, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic: ₹12,261/- per month
• CNC Programming cum-Operator: ₹10,899/- per month

Educational Qualification (Trade-wise)

To be eligible for apprenticeship training at RWF, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10th Class examination with at least 50% aggregate marks.
• Trade Requirement: Must hold a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT in the respective trade.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be merit-based, determined by marks obtained in the 10th standard (Matriculation).
• In case of a tie in marks, preference will be given to the older candidate.
• If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed 10th standard earlier will be considered first.
