Every job required some specific skill set that fulfills the job requirement. But few skills are common which is required everywhere or you can say these are the basic skills which required for every job. So, guys today my post focused on these skills. These are very common skills that are learning from our academic levels. Now let me explain each skill one by one.
1. Communication
Communication plays a very important role in your career. So you both communicate (written and verbal) should be very sharpened. If you have good proficiency in the written then never face problems like in email writing, creating project specifications, etc. It’s very important because maximum official work processed in written format. With written communication, your verbal communication also should proficient otherwise you will not get success in career & become limited to our local region. So, both are equally important.
2. Professionalism
It creates a difference between your learning experience and practical life. Means before doing anything you have to think about it. How can do this thing smartly and systematic so that your working process transparent to each hierarchy like the manager and top management. One more thing there should be committed for each thing if you did our work within a time frame or near it then people will love your working style otherwise they will get a message about your carelessness. So, your time and commitment and thinking should be realistic, not hypothetical.
3. Responsible & self-initiative
It’s a very important skill or quality. You should be responsible & self-initiative. There is a lot of people who just start working on a task they never know what they are doing. So you have understood the things very properly because if you understand better then you have the confidence to do things and capable to take responsibility. If you are doing any task then you have confidence & take responsibility. Also need to take initiative itself means include the required resource not waiting for others.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skill
You should have the capability to find out our outcome. This means if you are doing anything then you have to know about the loopholes etc because you did the thing you know better. If something not according to your outcome/requirement then you should have found out the solution for it. So, problem-solving skill is to perform a keen role in your career.
5. Planning & Personal management skills
If the candidate has multiple qualities like work with management then it will enhance your capability. For example, if you have a certain task then you should have a capability plan for it how we process, phase, resource & workflow so easy to work and management. Maximum things should need to manage by ourselves. But not as the labor it should be smart work. Means with less effort to get more outcomes.
6. Teamwork and collaboration
In industrial life teamwork and collaboration plays a great role. Few people have this type of skill by birth. These things people start learning from our daily life. So, again explain the same thing you can distribute work if you have the proper or complete knowledge of work. Same way proper knowledge of work will guide the team people also assemble or collaborate their work.
7. Self-assessment
Self-assessment quality is very important because no one knows you better except your own. So, fix our day in a week maybe you can set Saturday or Sunday. Analyze our whole weekend progress our self and try to find out what new thing you have learned. If you know ourselves better then you can get better opportunities and good confidence. So, self-assessment is very important.
8. Computer/technical literacy
Today modern time computer literacy is very important. Nowadays it starts with primary education. Everything goes to digital so if you do not have a computer literacy then you never meet with current industry requirements. Now a day’s very easy you can join any coaching center or just purchase a computer will start learning on it. Very popular media will help online learning app as well as youtube videos. It’s very simple if you using anything then need to understand how they working if you analyze like this then you will get the technical knowledge also.
9. Aptitude
It’s also very common skills which are required for government jobs as well as for private jobs. It’s divided into two parts one is verbal another non-verbal aptitude. For the verbal you have just memorized the basic applied mathematics then you can easily solve the thing. So, you have little bit practice is required but for non-verbal, you can solve just with the help of common sense. Because there is just repeated sequence is used and you have to find out the next sequence. You can also follow any book in the market there are lots of books that are available. But I was used RS Agarwal.
10. Learning Skill & Creativity
One of the most important skills self-learning so for this you have to choose such a field in which you have an interest so if you work in this field then definitely you try to learn new things. Individuals should be self-learner & independent working. When you doing any work try to think about how can do more better & creative.
